INTRODUCING SARAH HOOPER - DMS TEAM
Meet Sarah Hooper, one of the many people at DMS who wears several hats and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Sarah’s role reaches across the business and covers everything from database management and administration through to finance support, event coordination, and company administration. In Sarah’s own words: “Do anything that needs doing!”—a description that sums up her role perfectly.
Having been with DMS for over 10 years, Sarah has played a key role in helping the business grow and evolve. With a strong background in database management, optimisation, and website maintenance within both the education and healthcare sectors, she brings a wealth of experience and an eye for detail to everything she does. Over the years, she has adapted alongside the changing needs of the business, helping organise internal processes while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
No two days look the same for Sarah. One moment she could be maintaining and improving key business data, supporting finance activities, or coordinating events. The next, she may be helping resolve operational challenges or stepping in to support a completely different area of the business. Her willingness to adapt, solve problems, and take on new challenges has made her a central figure within DMS.
Sarah enjoys the variety that comes with her role and thrives on finding practical solutions. She’s someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in making sure things are organised and moving in the right direction.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and appreciates good food and good company. She also likes keeping active and regularly heads to the gym. More recently, she discovered she’s rather good at paddleboarding too—something she’s taken to surprisingly quickly.
With over a decade at DMS, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to get stuck into whatever the day brings, Sarah continues to play an important role in supporting both the team and the wider business.
