Design and Management Systems (DMS) is an IT managed services provider based in London. We serve schools, businesses, and organisations across the UK with IT support, cyber security, and electrical services. Founded in 2005, we operate from New Eltham in South East London and work with organisations of all sizes — keeping their technology reliable and their teams supported.

Our three divisions — Education, Corporate, and Electrical — are each led by specialists. They take the time to understand how each organisation works before recommending anything.

We are Microsoft partners and NICEIC registered contractors. We are also OZEV-approved EV charger installers. Education and corporate clients choose us for straightforward advice and consistent delivery.

Why we do what we do

Mission statement

DMS exists to make technology work reliably for the organisations that depend on it. As an IT managed services provider serving London and the wider UK, we support schools, trusts, and businesses. We deliver IT support, cyber security, and electrical infrastructure — giving clients the confidence to focus on what they do best.

Our approach is practical. We assess what an organisation actually needs, recommend solutions that fit, and provide ongoing support to keep everything running. We do not lock clients into systems they cannot understand or manage alongside us.

DMS operates in line with ISO 27001 information security standards.

Sustainability

DMS takes its environmental responsibilities seriously. We integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into how we operate — from how we manage hardware disposal to how we advise clients on energy-efficient infrastructure.

Our commitments include reducing energy consumption across our own operations, supporting clients in transitioning to more sustainable technology (including LED upgrades and EV charging infrastructure), and working toward net-zero emissions. We believe responsible business practice is part of delivering a quality service — not separate from it.
