INTRODUCING BILLY FITZPATRICK - DMS TEAM
Meet Billy Fitzpatrick, a highly experienced Network Engineer who’s been with DMS for over a decade. As one of our longest-serving team members, Billy has supported a wide range of schools and organisations, helping to improve and future-proof their IT systems.
He began his career as an IT Technician in a school, which gave him a solid understanding of how education environments operate. Since then, he’s built on that foundation, applying his knowledge to real-world challenges across countless customer sites. This early experience continues to shape the practical, user-focused approach he brings to every project.
Each day starts with a few Teams meetings, where Billy reviews ongoing work and discusses upcoming jobs with colleagues and customers. After that, he gets hands-on—fine-tuning Wi-Fi, reconfiguring networks, and planning improvements. Whether on-site or working remotely, Billy focuses on delivering changes that make a genuine difference.
In addition, he makes time to stay current with new technologies. By exploring emerging tools and trends, he ensures DMS can offer reliable, modern solutions that meet evolving customer needs. His curiosity and drive to improve are key to staying ahead in a fast-moving industry.
Outside of work, Billy enjoys an active lifestyle. He spends time riding his bikes and, when time allows, attempts to improve his golf game. He’s also a loyal West Ham supporter—something he wears with pride, win or lose. Irons!

He brings not just technical expertise, but consistency and a deep understanding of what customers really need.
