INTRODUCING DONTE ROBERTS - DMS TEAM
Meet Donte, one of our experienced and approachable First Line Engineers at DMS. As a key part of our front-line support, Donte brings a calm, friendly, and solution-focused approach to every interaction. For over three years, he’s been helping schools and businesses resolve a wide range of IT issues, combining technical knowledge with clear communication to make sure users feel supported every step of the way.
Donte’s day typically starts by checking emails and the helpdesk system to make sure nothing urgent has come in overnight. From there, he gets to work—responding to queries, guiding users through technical problems, and troubleshooting everything from password resets to more complex network issues. He spends a good portion of his time on customer sites as well, offering hands-on support and building strong relationships through his professional and approachable manner.
Outside of work, Donte is passionate about travel and aims to take at least one overseas trip each year to explore new cultures and unwind. He’s also a lifelong football fan—whether watching the game or getting back on the pitch himself, it’s something he’s always enjoyed. Although he doesn’t play as regularly as he once did with his local team, he still loves a kickabout when the chance comes up.
