INTRODUCING ELLIE PARKINSON - DMS TEAM
Meet Ellie Parkinson, our newest Account Manager at DMS, based in the Midlands. Now in her third week, Ellie has joined the Sales Team and is already making strong connections with both education and business customers. With a background in recruitment, she brings a natural ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, and understand what customers really need—skills that translate perfectly into her new role in the IT sector.
Although technology is a new area for Ellie, she’s embraced the challenge with real enthusiasm. Her day-to-day work includes meeting existing clients—both face-to-face and via Teams—to better understand their needs and how DMS is supporting them with IT solutions. She’s already gaining valuable insight into the education sector while also reaching out to businesses beyond education to explore how DMS can help them too.
As part of her role, Ellie will also be attending DMS-hosted seminars—getting to know attendees, understanding their challenges, and starting conversations about how we can support their IT goals. She’ll also follow up with those who attend our webinars, making sure no opportunity is missed to offer help, advice, or a fresh perspective. Her approachable, confident nature makes her a natural at building these connections and turning conversations into long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family—many of whom are loyal Derby County fans—so weekends often involve football, countryside walks, or a well-earned Sunday roast (which she loves to cook herself).
Friendly, proactive, and highly organised, Ellie brings a fresh energy to the DMS team. With a strong focus on communication and customer care, she’s already proving to be a valuable point of contact for both schools and businesses alike.
