Meet Kieran Middleton, one of our dedicated and knowledgeable First Line Engineers at DMS! Since joining the team nearly a year and a half ago, Kieran has been on the front lines of IT support, helping schools and businesses tackle a wide range of technical challenges. His role is all about problem-solving, and with the fast-paced nature of IT, no two days are ever the same—which is exactly what he loves. One day, he might be on-site assisting with network troubleshooting or hardware issues; the next, he’s providing remote support, ensuring that systems run smoothly and securely for DMS customers.
Kieran takes pride in being the first point of contact for many customers, offering friendly and efficient assistance when they need it most. He understands the importance of keeping downtime to a minimum and works diligently to resolve issues quickly. Whether it’s guiding users through technical fixes or escalating more complex problems to the wider team, Kieran approaches every challenge with patience and a solutions-focused mindset.
Outside of work, Kieran enjoys staying active and making the most of his free time. You’ll often find him at the gym, out on the golf course, or catching up with friends. His enthusiasm for both his work and his hobbies reflects his energetic approach to life, making him a valued member of the DMS team. With a passion for IT and a commitment to providing excellent support, Kieran plays a key role in helping DMS customers keep their technology running smoothly.
