INTRODUCING THERESA LOCKE - DMS TEAM
Meet Theresa Locke, Operations Co-Ordinator at DMS. Since joining the team in May 2024, Theresa has quickly become a key part of the engine room that keeps everything running smoothly—bringing a wealth of experience from her background in media distribution and team management within data and communications.
Her day-to-day work involves managing and maintaining the accuracy of data within our systems, ensuring the information we rely on is always current and relevant. Alongside this, Theresa plays a crucial role in the coordination of our webinars and seminars. From sourcing venues and setting up events to sending invites, managing registrations, and supporting speakers, she ensures everything runs seamlessly from behind the scenes.
Her structured, detail-focused approach makes her a perfect fit for the fast-paced and varied demands of her role. Theresa’s ability to balance planning, communication, and coordination across multiple teams helps keep our events and operations on track and running to a high standard.
Outside of work, Theresa lives a full and active life. She’s an ambassador for the charity WheelPower, where she’s heavily involved in fundraising and advocacy. She’s also a member of a walking and running club, and loves spending time outdoors. Travel, music, books, and nature are all big passions, but nothing beats quality time with her wonderful family.
Whether she’s organising a DMS seminar or tackling a fundraising event, Theresa brings energy, dedication, and warmth to everything she does. She’s already made a strong impact since joining the team—and continues to help us grow and deliver with care and precision.
